Appointments

Our office hours of operation are from 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Patients are routinely seen by appointment on the following days:

Monday 8:30am - 11:30am and 1:30pm– 4:30pm

Thursday 8:30am – 11:30am and 1:30pm - 4:30pm

Surgery

In office procedures are scheduled on the following days:

Wednesday

Surgeries are scheduled at the Boulder Community Foothills Hospital on the following days:

Tuesday

Surgeries are scheduled at the Boulder Community Broadway Hospital on the following days:

Friday

New Patients

New patient forms can be downloaded prior to the appointment. (see online forms). If unable to complete forms ahead of time, please arrive at least 20 minutes ahead of time to allow time to fill out the necessary registration forms.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This allows us to offer your time slot to other patients. Messages may be left with our answering service if an appointment needs to be cancelled outside of business hours.

We understand that your time is valuable. We try our best to keep on schedule. Please bear with us if we are running behind schedule. Emergency situations occasionally occur. We do not rush appointments and allow the necessary time to answer each patient’s questions as thoroughly as able.

We request that cell phones not be utilized during appointments.

Emergency

If you have a life or limb-threatening emergency, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. For all other questions, please call the main office telephone number 303.449.3642.

If this is TRUE after hours EMERGENCY and your question cannot wait until regularly scheduled office hours, ask to have the physician on call paged.

NOTE: Narcotic prescriptions will not be filled after hours.
